Workshop:
The course starts at 9.30 am each day and finishes at 6.00 pm

For the workshop:
Wear warm comfortable clothes, depending on the weather
May be some walking shoes to enjoy a walk in the lunch break
Water drinking bottle
If possible, use natural toothpaste without fluoride in, as fluoride blocks the pineal gland.
Notepad and pen
We will have am altar table set up and you are invited to bring any crystals or objects that are significant to you to put on the table during the workshop.
Good to abstain from coffee during workshop

Water, tea and snacks provided
Lunch: National Trust Cafe having a varied menu of vegetarian and meat dishes, hot meal, soup, baked potatoes, cakes, drinks, tea.....etc. £5+ depending.....

Course fee: £385..... £100 deposit to reserve your place
