This workshop is presented by Buddhist zen nun Hira Hosèn. The Awakening the Illuminated Heart® workshops are created for you to Awaken your Heart. When we remember how to live from the Sacred Spaces of our Heart, we can activate our living light-body: the Merkaba. These workshops can also assist in opening up the third Eye through practicing the Tantra of the Heart (without partner). We'll be tapping directly into the Creation Process.

WELCOME
Everybody who feels called to deepen their Hearts awakening is very welcome in this workshop. It doesn't matter what background you have, religion or upbringing, whether you have experience or not in meditation or spirituality, you are very welcome to join exactly as you are.
LANGUAGE
This workshop will be given in English. If you need translation of certain specific words in Dutch (NL) or French (FR), please ask Hira and she will be happy to translate certain words during the course.
LOCATION

Dahshur (in English often called Dashur; Arabic: دهشور) is a royal necropolis located in the desert on the west bank of the Nile approximately 40 kilometers (25 mi) south of Cairo. It is known chiefly for several pyramids, two of which are among the oldest, largest and best preserved in Egypt, built in around 2613–2589 BC.
Temperatures in October are really great, not too hot, not too cold, perfect for a swim :-)

PRICES
The cost of the 4 day workshop fee + transport (to & from the airport) + accommodation (4 nights) & 3 vegetarian meals a day are in total per person: €999 for a private room, €888 for a double room & €777 for a triple room.
Egyptian residents pay in total per person: 11.000 EGP for a private room, 9.500 for a double room & 9.000 for a triple room. These prices all include the 4 day workshop fee + transport (to & from your place of choice) + accommodation (4 nights) & 3 vegetarian meals a day.

PAYMENTS
There's a maximum of 20 available places for the workshop. To reserve your seat you can choose to pay a deposit of €333,- or pay your total balance via credit card, PayPal or by bank-transfer. You can also choose to pay in 3 instalments, as you wish. All instalments have to be paid before the actual start of the workshop. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
The workshop can be cancelled under the following conditions: (1) Full refund will be given for cancellations made prior to July 1st 2018, minus a €50,- processing fee, (2) Cancellations made between July 1st – September 1st 2018, will receive a 60% refund, (3) No refunds will be issued for cancelations made on or after September 1st, 2018. However, you can apply your workshop fee to another class or offering by Hira Hosèn (not sponsored by an outside company) for up to a year. Any unused portion will be forfeited.
Based on our financial commitments, we will not be able to accept exceptions on these conditions. Thank you very much for your understanding.
TIME SCHEDULE
Workshops days are from Thursday the 25th until Sunday the 28th of October 2018. Daily time table: 10:00 -13:00, 15:00 - 19:00 hrs. The last day we finish at 17:00 hrs
MEALS
During workshop, there will be 3 vegetarian meals offered per day. On your arrival Wednesday the 24th of October there will be an evening meal to welcome you. The last day, Sunday the 28th, an evening meal will be offered as a goodbye when we will leave the venue. The meals are delicious authentic meals from Egypt and the surrounding areas of Dhashur, prepared by our lovely team of family residents.
Whenever possible the food will be organic, but please remember this is Egypt, the organic sector is not yet as developed as in many other countries. We offer vegetarian & vegan food options. For any other dietary needs, gluten free food & allergies, feel free to contact Karim Shoukry. Please know that other then vegetarian & vegan options, you might have to bring your own supplements. ACCOMMODATIONS
The accommodation is offered for 4 nights, starting the night before the workshop, on Wednesday the 24th of October. The accommodation includes the nights of 25, 26 & 27th of October. The workshop ends on the 28th at 17h. If you wish to book extra nights, this can be arranged onsite with Karim Shoukry based on availability.
We know that most people prefer to have a private room, but there is only a limited amount, so you'll have to book asap. Feel free to contact Karim Shoukry for more information to make your travel & stay as comfortable & convenient as possible.
The advantages of staying in the venue where the workshop is taking place are numerous. By our experience you will be able to go deeper into the ascension work when we cocoon in the supporting energies created by the group in one space, then by going back and forth every day before and after the workshop. Going back into our daily life's sometimes prevents us from going deeper and really letting go, experiencing the changes within and integrating them.
TRANSPORT
Taxi's from Cairo airport (or Cairo in general) to Dasher will be arranged for you to make your arrival at our workshop as fast, safe & comfortable as possible :-) Ofcourse, if you are an Egyptian resident & Arab speaker, you might have your own transportation, so please go ahead and let us know. For non Egyptian residents, we will be happy to assure your safety with specific cab drivers we know and work with every year. The ride will be around an hour, depending on the traffic and your time of arrival at the airport/Dahshur. If you have an early or late night flight arrival in Egypt, no worries, just give Karim your flight details and you'll be picked up from the airport any time.

INTEGRATION TIME
We highly recommend for you to take at least a day free after the workshop to integrate all the energies that have activated, moved & shifted. Traveling the day after is also a beautiful way of integration, or for example, visiting the pyramids?
READING
We highly recommend to have read Drunvalo Melchizedeck's book 'Living in the Heart', as we've found that if the participants don't read this book before, the workshop will not make as much sense as it will once it's read. The book is very small, readable in less then 2 days, so if you didn't read it, you can still do this for example by ordering it instantly on iBooks for about €7,-.
The other books 'The ancient secret of the Flower of Life', volume 1&2 are amazing and will further help you to deepen your awakening. The way to activate the Merkaba, as it is explained in these two volumes, has become obsolete so you can skip that part, we will activate our Merkaba in a more balanced way during workshop. The other books 'Serpent of Light' & 'The Mayan Ouroboros' are amazing too, but to be honest, you've got only so much time, so just reading 'Living in the Heart' will be a great preparation for the workshop.
CONTENTS OF THE WORKSHOP
In the Awakening the Illuminated Heart® workshops you can remember how to move your consciousness through your body, which means leaving your head and entering your physical Heart, to find the Source of Life. You will find your way into your heart, and discover a world as real as this outer world, but more ancient and primal. It is the very source of the world that we are now walking around in.
Day 1 : This four day intensive course will begin with a discussion on the history of humanity and consciousness on earth. There will be an angel ceremony. Different exercises like breathing Prana through the prana breathing tube, and Blue School Imagery exercises of Claudette Melchizedek, will offer us many possibilities to experience the difference between Love & fear.
Day 2 : Healing day. The second day is devoted to exploration and healing of our old limited beliefs and emotional traumas that exist within our lives that keep us from experiencing joy and living our passion. This multi-experiential part of the workshop will help you to get in touch with your Higher Self, move into alignment with your purpose, and function with balance and ease, both within and without. Even if you do not consider yourself to be sensitive, you will come away with a deeper sense of your energy and how to make use of it, while opening a connection to your inner being and heart.
Day 3 : The principles and concepts of Sacred Geometry are introduced to assist you to gain an understanding of the underlying basis of all life and the relationship between your thoughts, emotions and the electro-magnetic field that is generated from within the heart. We will discuss different ways of moving our consciousness through the body and entering our hearts. As you will be guided through the Unity Breath Meditation, you naturally reconnect to the trinity that you are as being the Divine Child reconnecting with Earth & Sky. These principles guide you into bringing your mental body into alignment with your heart, and through their integration, Unconditional love for all of life is realized.
You will also learn how to move into the Sacred and Tiny spaces of the Heart, where you can connect to the Unity of all life. You will learn and practice techniques to enable you to strengthen the connection between the heart and the brain, thereby establishing the beams of light and the halo commonly viewed around the heads of Christ, Buddha and other enlightened Masters. From there, we will assist you in the fourth day to “turn on the switch” that will enable you to automatically activate your own personal living MerKaBa.
Day 4 : In this final part of the course, we will move into understanding and activating our living light-body, the Mer-Ka-Ba and into its spiritual connection to the Sacred Space of the Heart. We have arrived at a time in our world when the correct understanding of the Creation Process is essential to the continuation of life on this planet.
We will assist you into remembering how to initiate the creation process that will enable you to transform your deep inner desires and passions into the outer reality that reflects your highest good and that of all humanity. Finally, you will be given principles to understand how to establish and program an external MerKaBa, in addition to programming your own personal MerKaBa.
